Professor Lisbeth Haas has been awarded the 2012 Dwight L. Smith (ABC-CLIO) Award from the Western History Association for her book, Pablo Tac, Indigenous Scholar.
This award is given biennially to an author/editor and the publisher of a significant bibliography or research tool— either a book or other bibliographic/research tool publication, electronic or otherwise—on any aspect of the history of the American West.
