The Santa Cruz Museum of Art & History offers Education Internships for history majors to gain experience working in the museum setting in addition to leading history-focused school tours. The MAH looks for students who have experience working with elementary aged children and are aspiring teachers, educators and/or museum professionals. Many of their history-focused programs take place in the museum’s permanent history gallery on Santa Cruz County history and/or the Research Library/Santa Cruz Archive.
