Description
Explores the transatlantic societies created by Europeans' colonization of the Americas, and their exploitation of African salves. Questions whether the cultural, economic, and political links across the ocean integrated the adjacent lands into a fundamentally "Atlantic World."
Enrollment Requirements
Prerequisite(s): satisfaction of the Entry Level Writing and Composition requirements, and two upper-division history courses. Enrollment restricted to junior and senior history majors.
